We don't sell tiered panels. There's one olow at-home kit, and it tests for everything the medical community can reliably screen and treat. When your credential says verified, that's what it means.
The only at-home STI collection kit certified to PASS standards — the screening protocol used by professionals who require verified, regular testing.

The Pro 13 panel underneath olow at-home is the only PASS-certified home collection kit — the same screening standard used by adult-industry professionals who test routinely. CLIA-certified lab processing. Same accuracy as a clinic visit.
We don’t sell budget panels. We don’t sell upsell panels. There’s one olow kit, it tests for the things that actually matter, and that’s the panel everyone gets.
When your results arrive from the lab, your olow credential is issued automatically — signed, timestamped, and tied to the lab record. No follow-up appointment. No screenshots. Share it the same way anyone who tested at a clinic does.
Kit arrives in 1–3 business days, in plain unbranded packaging.
Self-collect using clearly illustrated instructions. Multi-site for thorough screening.
Drop the prepaid return envelope in any mailbox. Same-day shipping if you’re fast.
Lab processes in 24–48 hours after receipt. Your credential is issued automatically.
Our at-home kits are processed by ProDx Health, a CLIA-certified, high-complexity diagnostic lab in Menlo Park, California.
ProDx is the first and only at-home STI collection kit to receive PASS certification — the screening protocol used by adult-industry professionals who require verified, regular testing. Their lab processes 100,000+ kits, runs samples in-house for 24–48 hour turnaround, and uses their FDA-cleared Comfort Collect™ device for virtually painless blood collection.
ProDx was founded by Dr. Andreas Kogelnik, a Stanford-trained physician with decades in infectious disease research, alongside Dr. Ellen Jo Baron and Dr. Charlotte Gaydos — both globally recognized leaders in clinical diagnostics. We chose them because the credibility of olow's credential depends on the rigor of the lab behind it.
HSV-1 and HSV-2:The CDC currently recommends against routine HSV-2 screening for asymptomatic people. Antibody tests can produce false-positive results, and a positive screening doesn't change medical treatment but can cause real psychological and relational harm. We follow the guidance.
HPV:HPV testing in this context isn't typically used for partner-share decisions — it's a clinical screening for cervical cancer risk, recommended through your gynecologist as part of a Pap smear, not a dating credential. We leave that conversation where it belongs.
At-home kits work for screening when you're not currently experiencing symptoms. If you have burning, discharge, sores, abnormal bleeding, or pelvic pain, please see a provider in person — they can examine you, treat you faster, and order tests at-home kits can't replace.
