Tell us about your clinic — services offered, location, volume, current systems. We review applications within one business day and reach back to schedule a call if there's a fit.

Onboard.

Sign the BAA, complete clinic profile setup, train your front desk. The olow dashboard works alongside whatever EMR or systems you already use — no integration required to get started. Our onboarding team walks your staff through the dashboard, the credential-issuance flow, and the patient-facing pieces. Most clinics are live within a week.

Issue credentials.

Submit results through our portal — most clinics enter results manually in about 30 seconds per patient. Direct EMR integration (FHIR/HL7) is available on request for higher-volume partners. Patients receive their credential automatically, with your clinic name on every badge as the issuing partner.

Questions clinic operators ask.

Do we need to change our existing testing workflow?

No. olow sits on top of whatever lab and EMR you already use. You submit results the same way; we handle credential issuance from there. Manual entry takes about 30 seconds per result. Direct EMR integration is available on request for higher-volume clinic partners.

What does olow do for a patient who tests positive?

Nothing clinical — the patient is yours. You handle positive results the same way you handle any positive result for one of your patients: counseling, treatment, follow-up. olow doesn’t insert itself into the doctor-patient relationship. We’re the credential layer above your existing care delivery, not a replacement for it.

Can patients book through us without paying olow?

Yes. Existing patients who book directly with you are never charged a per-appointment fee. The $30 fee only applies when olow brings you a patient through our clinic finder, retest reminder, or credential page.

What about lab partnerships? Can we use our existing lab?

Yes. olow is lab-agnostic for clinic-administered testing. We don’t require you to switch labs, change panels, or change your pricing. Bring your existing lab relationship.

How do you handle marketing?

olow markets to consumers; clinics market to their existing patient base. We surface partner clinics in our directory, in retest reminder emails, and on credential pages. We don’t require co-marketing or social posts.
